Overall the experience is positive. However on this trip the part needed was not in stock after I was told on the phone prior to bringing the car in that it was. This was a recall service so why the heck wo the part needed was not in stock after I was told on the phone prior to bringing the car in that it was. Price of oil change had nearly doubled since last time so will not be having the service department do that any longer. More
I was very pleased that Honda honored the warranty on the IMA battery even though it had already expired. At first, I thought that I would have to pay the entire cost of the repair. I have complete trust in his skills and recommendations on service when it comes to my vehicle. I love my rugged and dependable 2008 Toyota 4Runner and Allan Nott which helps keep it running in top shape! 95,000 miles down and another 200,000 to go...Why would I go anywhere else? More

The service staff at Allan Nott Honda Toyota made my service visit as pleasant and quick as humanely possible. The service area is clean and filled with reading material, coffee & water to pass the tim service visit as pleasant and quick as humanely possible. I have owned many Toyota's over the years and this is the first service department (previous cars at different dealerships) that I feel is truly interested in "serving" not "gouging" the customer. There is no high pressured sales pitch for repair work and in several instances I have been told I didn't need a particular serve due to having high efficiency fluids. They could have easily said nothing and I would never have known the difference! They are building a relationship with me based on trust and that's refreshing!!! More
Each time I bring my car for oil changes and tire rotations is a pleasant experience. All the staff is very knowledgable and friendly.
