We had excellent service at Allan Nott! After reading it, we realized we had left out some information. We responded to the email with more information and our car's profile was updated. We thought there was a problem with the transmission, but we were told the only issue was one with a wheel and it was still under warranty. Honesty and integrity are clearly a priority for Allan Nott. Although we purchased our vehicle from Allan Nott, we live out of town and frequently take our cars to local shops for the convenience. After our excellent service at Allan Nott, we're rethinking our plan. Thanks, guys! More
Scheduled the 30,000 mile service. As usual was checked in and processed with the usual efficiency. Was shown two air filters that needed replaced and approved this. Am happy with the service-price of parts seems high compared to what the same part would cost at an auto parts store. Great workmanship-have not had to return the car because of this. More
I had a very good experience last week when I took my husband's car in for an oil change. Everything went very well and we were very pleased with the way we were taken care of promptly. There was a whole different attitude from the service staff since the last time we were there when staff were very busy doing other things than waiting on customers. As soon as I walked into the service department, a gentleman asked almost immediately if he could help me (sorry, I didn't look at his name and I should have). He was very kind and personable and I felt like he truly was interested in why I was there. When I returned to pick up the car, the same gentleman assisted me and it was a really pleasant experience. In and out in a flash:) He went over each item they did on the car and he assured me the detailing was completed this time since it had been missed on two recent occasions. I was pleased and I thank you for your courteous and excellent service:)))))) More
Allan Nott service has always been very accommodating. Everyone I interacted with was great! Tracy and Brett helped me get the things done to my van that needed done, Avril helped me get home and Jessica Everyone I interacted with was great! I made an appt for service. Other services were recommended as needed at the time. They were able to do the needed service without asking me to come back another day. Was able to get an appointment same day after calling in that morning. I actually dropped off my car earlier and they actually finished it earlier before lunch so I could get on my way. that morning. As always the service was very good. I brought my car in for an oil change and asked them to look at a problem I was having - the inspection of the problem was at no charge which I greatly appreciated! A problem was discovered with the brakes and although they did have to keep my car overnight while the part was ordered the service was polite, respectful and considerate. If I had to complain about anything it was that the brake part was not in stock for my 2007 Honda Fit. I have brought my Fit to the dealership for service since purchasing the car from them and will continue to do so. More
