Whiteside service We dropped my vehicle off on the 6th for AC work and did not receive the car back until the 20th. The service writer told me that if the cost was cha We dropped my vehicle off on the 6th for AC work and did not receive the car back until the 20th. The service writer told me that if the cost was changed I would receive a phone call that did not happen and the repairs were 300. More discussed My wife took her new car Bought from Whiteside in for the first oil change and 2.5 hours later she left. I would have been nice if she could have had the scheduled time which she was there for. Unfortunately this service center is very busy and does not feel they need to commicate with thier customers. This customer will take his family vehicles to another dealership that may need the work. Overall terrible experience with this service center More

Ok. Ryan did an excellent job, however the work the mechanics did is very poor. Having to bring it back after only a week for more work to be done.
