Outstanding purchase experience. I’ve also had service and maintenance done here on my 2017 Bolt EV. If you’re considering buying a car buy here. This is doubly true if you’re considering an EV. They handled warranty repairs as my warranty was about to expire. No issues no hassle just fixed right. Came in for service again today and no games just got me in and out. My experience with them has been so good. I’ve called GM to let them know how well they have made me glad I purchased a GM from them. I was there to have my current vehicle serviced while I waited for it to be done I went out and checked out what vehicles were out for sale. My experience was good. I didn’t buy the vehicle and decided to wait for a while and shop around. I’ve only purchased 1 vehicle from Lambert but have purchased over 20 vehicles from Ron Marhoffer. I got a bad taste in my mouth when I was told that my vehicle was 80 miles over my extended warantee and needed to pay for the tire pressure sensors. Marhoffer would have taken care of that knowing that I would buy more vehicles from them down the road. Poor customer service. I’ve now paid for 3 tire sensors that have gone bad. Not sure what I will do when I decide to buy next time.
