We leased a new Equinox yesterday. Tom Craig was our consultant. We are seniors and have cell phones but we don't live by them like most everybody of today. I only even have mine on when away from the house, Tom did EVERYTHING for us! He took my phone for awhile and when he came back the new car was all hooked up and connected to whatever needed connecting. And he just kept smiling and assuring us that it was no problem. He was just delightful. This is our second vehicle from Lavery. The folks are all nice, informed, and fun to work with. Now all we have to do is spend some time screen surfing and getting acclimatized to everything! It'll take a beat but we'll get there! I'm sure we took up way too much of his time with our lack of computer skills, but Tom thought nothing of it.

I was there to have my current vehicle serviced while I waited for it to be done I went out and checked out what vehicles were out for sale. My experience was good. I didn’t buy the vehicle and decided to wait for a while and shop around. I’ve only purchased 1 vehicle from Lambert but have purchased over 20 vehicles from Ron Marhoffer. I got a bad taste in my mouth when I was told that my vehicle was 80 miles over my extended warantee and needed to pay for the tire pressure sensors. Marhoffer would have taken care of that knowing that I would buy more vehicles from them down the road. Poor customer service. I’ve now paid for 3 tire sensors that have gone bad. Not sure what I will do when I decide to buy next time.
