It is a circus I had only had the car for 3 months when it started acting up (car was also purchased at Whitesides). They gave us a hard time about servicing it and I had only had the car for 3 months when it started acting up (car was also purchased at Whitesides). They gave us a hard time about servicing it and about giving us a rental. The first time it was in the shop, they lost my work order and it sat there for almost 3 days without so much as being looked at. Once it was being serviced, I received a call from Henry that my car was "90% fixed" and was ready for pick up. Um, what?! Then I was told that "the turbo may or may not need fixed but drive it for a week and see what happens", seriously? When I picked it up, they had lost my keys and I stood there for almost an hour while they tried to find them. I was told by a separate technician that the turbo did in fact need replaced and to call the following week for an appointment. When it went in for the turbo to be changed, they had it for 6 days, also giving us a hard time about giving us a rental. When it was finished, I had received several calls from an unknown number but no voicemails were left. After calling the number back and being transferred to 3 different people, it ended up being Henry from the service department calling but what professional doesn't leave a voicemail? If the repairs hadn't been covered due to re-certifying the car, I would not have taken it to Whitesides for service. The whole building is a giant circus. More
