Purchased used 4 months later it's junk Gave them a good trade in May when I purchased a used 2012 Navigator. Started having problems just 6 weeks after purchase. Navigator is now junk, broke down 3 times this month. I asked the dealership to right their wrong buy selling my junk, they basically laughed and said I should have bought the extended warranty. You will post this one on your webpage I had an engine replaced. I got the truck back with the new engine running weaker than the old engine. The a/c no longer worked, the transmission did I had an engine replaced. I got the truck back with the new engine running weaker than the old engine. The a/c no longer worked, the transmission did not have enough fluid in it to register on the stick and the truck would barely crank. Of course I got stuck buying a starter to make the truck crank because the starter that cranked it just fine before was magically no good anymore. The truck is now weaker than ever and no longer shifts like it should. I would really like my truck to be fixed right, that being the very reason I took it to a GM certified service center, but can't see returning it to Whiteside since they so proudly refuse to accept responsibility for the things that they did not fix properly. More
