Went in there with a sluggish feeling wrangler and had informed them of the things I tried to correct the issue myself. They took that into consideration even before touching it. We just got home from buying our first new car a 2013 Dodge Durango. Bill was so patient with my husband and I and didn't pressure us to make any decisions. We also had a wonderful experience with the Business manager, Chris Price, and we didn't feel as if he was trying to push unnecessary warrenty and insurance plans down our throats. If there is anyone in the market for a Dodge or any other Chrysler product I would highly reccomend Bill and Whitten Bros. staff at the Midloathian location to anyone!!! More

We were in the market for a preowned car for my wife. We were more than willing to wait another 6 months if required while current scores improved. We found a potential vehicle at Whitten Brothers and scheduled a test drive. Even though the vehicle met our standards, we left the dealership to shop the competition, gotta do your research! We called Whitten Brothers on Monday and negotiated a price with one fast phone call, ( We actually made that call from another dealer lot), and an hour later we were approved with a very competitive interest rate. I have been in customer service fields for over 35 years and I was more than pleased with the Whitten Brothers experience. I never once felt pressured or "sub prime" in any way. I will recommend Whitten Brothers to my family and can give no higher praise. More
I visited several dealerships around Virginia narrowing down a selection for a new car. I went to at least 15 different dealerships and most of the salesmen (never saw a woman) ignored me and/or treated m down a selection for a new car. I am a middle aged single woman and was dressed for the dog park on most visits. What I encountered at Whitten Brothers was different than pretty much every dealership I've dealt with over the years, which is quite a few. I have been involved in the purchase of over 60 cars and have never encountered the genuineness I encountered here. My salesman, Evan Lanier, was friendly, professional, informative, helpful, and surprisingly honest. Every person I encountered at Whitten was a pleasure and if you don't give them a chance, you're the one missing out. More

The price on the vehicle was very appealing but the staff is what really made the sale. Everyone we interacted with was extremely polite and friendly. Even though it is about a two hour drive from where we live, I will make it a point to return to this dealer for my service because I know the service staff will be as friendly as the sales staff.
