Very Disappointed I was treated fairly and courteously by the salesman, although on 2 different occasions he neglected to get back to me with information I requested. I was treated fairly and courteously by the salesman, although on 2 different occasions he neglected to get back to me with information I requested. My problems occurred with the Service Department. One of the items I requested was done but not completely. Another item requested was done incorrectly. Another item requested was not done at all. When I picked my car up, the entire driver's area was trashed. The floor was covered with dirt, there were shoe prints on the door, on the scuff plate and on the side of the console. It took me an hour to clean the car when I got home. This was a car less than a week old. The people in Service were nice but I will not be returning to this dealership. More
service we recently brought in our 2012 jeep wrangler for an oil change, inspections and a recall sent in by the dealership we had to drop the car off at n we recently brought in our 2012 jeep wrangler for an oil change, inspections and a recall sent in by the dealership we had to drop the car off at night, and then make other arrangements for work the next day and then pick it up the next night. Not real convenient but knew it had to be done the car was picked up and once home we learned that now it would not lock. Seems the person that did the recall fixed that and broke something else. so when we called they said yeah, we must have done that, bring it back so that took another 2 nights to drop off , get to work and pick up next time, offer a car since it was not our fault. Had to pick it up on the Friday of Memorial day weekend so again, not the most convenient thing to do More
Went in there with a sluggish feeling wrangler and had informed them of the things I tried to correct the issue myself. They took that into consideration even before touching it. Tom is always very friendly and listens to what the problem is when I talk to him. He is always straight forward and does not make promises that he can not keep. Reggie Bailey has been the mechanic for our family for years and he is very conscientious about car safety and keeping me stress-free when I take trips. He is very particular about repairs and keeps me abreast about preventing problems. Their estimates are always in line with their predictions. But if they run into unknown problems, they come out and discuss it before they work on it, so you know what to expect. I would recommend Whitten Brothers to anyone. More

Through the entire period ALL service has been performed at Whitten, and almost always handled by Keith Williams. Keith is no doubt the classic "over and under" employee - over worked and under paid - and likely under appreciated. Keith has been the same over all these years - courteous and completely professional - ever anxious to help and always with the same pleasant demeanor.
