mt juliet location is managed by a liar and con artist went to purchase a truck i found online at this location, i was pre approved on financing and could buy just about anything i wanted. salesman took me went to purchase a truck i found online at this location, i was pre approved on financing and could buy just about anything i wanted. salesman took me to the auction next door to let me look at 2 vehicles. the vehicle they advertised as being at their lot, wasn't even there on their lot.they demanded a non refundable deposit to hold the one i wanted. i asked them to pull the vehicle from the auction as i would look at it the following day, the mgr came in and gave me a song and dance on how they couldn't pull a car from the auction ( lie) and had all of these protocols they had to follow. bottom line was give us a 500.00 non refundable deposit and well hold the vehicle. So if the vehicle was junk, id lose my deposit unless i bought something else from them. the truck they were selling was out of warranty, and they refused to wait so i could have someone look at it. I wouldn't put anything past this place, handle with care and dont let them sell you any junk. This place completely lost my respect. Id feel safer buying a piece of junk on nolensville rd cause at least i know its junk regardless. wholesale mt j put the f u in its fun buying a used car. avoid like plague. Maybe state of tn dept of commerce and insurance will shut them down because id bet theres salesman with out licenses, and a good audit would cost them a load of fines. wishful thinking for a breeding ground of con men...
