Absolutely Great experience buying a used Lincoln from the team at Wickstrom Ford/Lincoln. Our salesman Chris McCabe was very professional and went the extra mile in making sure we could make a deal. Kelsey in the finance dept also went above and beyond clearly explaining our options and answered any of our questions without confusion. I have purchased about a dozen autos in my lifetime from car dealers for myself and my family but NEVER had a more pleasant buying experience than my recent purchase of a 2026 Chrysler Pacifica for my wife from Wickstrom in Barrington. From the moment I walked in their door my salesman Don DiPaulo and the staff made me feel welcome and at home - like I was a member of THEIR family.
