Big thank you to Eric Jensen and support staff at the Wickstrom Ram dealership. I was only there to have routine maintenance done on my 2013 Ram, when I noticed the Power Wagon on the showroom floor. Af Wickstrom Ram dealership. I was only there to have routine maintenance done on my 2013 Ram, when I noticed the Power Wagon on the showroom floor. After checking out the truck for a short time, Eric approached me offering to answer any questions. Very friendly and not pushy, which is a must for me at car dealerships. Eric and staff were very patient with me as I kicked this decision around for quite a while. A short 6 hours later, I was driving home my new Power Wagon. I would highly recommend Eric and staff to anyone in the market for a new Chrysler vehicle. More

Kept in contact with me as he was finding the exact car, which took only a few days. The day we picked up the car he seemed genuinely excited for me! Although the process of picking up a new car tends to be a bit long, he continually made sure that he was right there with us answering any and all questions. He took his time and was very patient while going through the workings of my new car, assuring me to feel free to call him if I was having difficulty with anything. Before we left, he asked if we'd like him to take a photo, which turned into a small photo shoot. Also, the Finance Manage, David Didier was excellent! Gave us information on different options, without ever being pushy. He let us decide what would work best for us with giving his opinion only when asked. I would highly recommend Wickstrom! More

I hate buying/selling cars. I bought my 2015 Jeep GC and hoped it was going to last forever. Unfortunately, a deer strike totaled it leaving me to have to buy a new car. I ha I bought my 2015 Jeep GC and hoped it was going to last forever. Unfortunately, a deer strike totaled it leaving me to have to buy a new car. I had the best experience buying a new car at Wickstrom. I met with Eric Jensen and he was spectacular throughout the entire process. We met about a month before I actually purchased my new Jeep. He was patient, communicative, and never pressured me from my first visit to the day I drove off in my new Jeep. The team members of Eric, Chris, and Dave were all great and turned a really crappy situation, of having to buy a new car after an accident, into a very pleasant and comfortable experience. I highly recommend Wickstrom. More

We met up with the Sales Advisor Jared Nelson who went above and beyond in providing our car shopping an amazing experience! We had provided him with specific vehicles we wanted to look at during our visit. Since it was a rainy evening, prior to our visit, he made sure the vehicles were pulled into the dealership for easy viewing. He went above and beyond in customer service, answered all our questions, and the team had all the pricing available for viewing. Honestly we have never had it that easy. Thanks Wickstrom in Barrington. Our first experience was stress free and very successful! More
