Although it took me several weeks to find time to get to the dealership, it was truly well worth the wait. Ashley greeted me as soon as I walked in the door . . . as if she already knew who I was. She was gracious, patient, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Ultimately, our dialogue ended in my leasing a 2015 Ford Explorer. From the valuation of my trade-in, through handing over the new "keys", her coordination with Todd Prestage and Brian Powell made what I used to recall as a painful process, seamless and smooth. The car was cleaned and all the paperwork readied during my flight in from Minneapolis. It took less than an hour from the time I arrived at the dealership to when I left in my "new" car.
