Between the emails, phone calls, and the text messages I was never left wondering what was going on. When I arrived, CJ was busy with another customer so Chris the finance guy got the paperwork going. Once CJ was able to get to me after a few minutes, the rest of the buying process only took a few minutes and I was out the door. definitely a 10/10 experience. More

I was directed through my Costco Membership to go to Wickstrom Ford in Barrington where I met Ryan Poltzer. After a few conversations we were able to set a time to meet. I had so many reservations about car sales people and he made me feel very at ease. I bought a 2014 new Ford Escape and think it’s the most amazing car I’ve ever owned! Wickstrom didn’t push the extended warranties or other products but presented them so I could understand and make an informed decision as to whether I felt I needed them. Ashley recognized my car because we had talked about that being my trade in, met me at the door, and kindly let me in. We first walked over to the vehicle , and I instantly wanted this to be mine. The vehicle was in great shape and had no flaws whatsoever. After the test drive, we sat down and discussed all the details. It turned out that they were able to fit everything into my budget and also offer a great extended warranty program. There was no hasseling, no haggling and everything was thoroughly explained to me. Wickstrom Ford Lincoln has got to be one of the cleanest, most customer friendly dealerships I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly and Ashley was more than knowledgeable about any question I had for her. Overall, I would surely come back here for my next vehicle and would urge anyone else to do the same. More
