Absolutely AMAZING! I can not rave enough about Jimmy Abuali! Talk about a salesman going out of his way for a customer. We had been to several other BMW dealers and no I can not rave enough about Jimmy Abuali! Talk about a salesman going out of his way for a customer. We had been to several other BMW dealers and not one other salesman took the time to sit and try to find the needle in the haystack of a car that we wanted for our daughter. Jimmy spent 6+ hours searching for exactly what we wanted. Even when he finally found something close to what we wanted to purchase and was about to make the deal, he did not stop. He kept searching and actually found the last BMW around that had everything that we wanted and more! The car had to be shipped from another state. Jimmy called me the night it was about to arrive around 10pm to let us know he was waiting for it so that he could check it and make sure it was locked up properly. Talk about going above and beyond! This man is amazing! We not only found our new salesman that we will be loyal to, but a new friend/family member! Jimmy was great! Honestly will not go anywhere else!!!!! He made things s Last year while looking for a certified pre owned for my niece to take to college out of state, we lucked into Salesman Hassan Pires. He made things so quick, simple and easy, while not being one of those pushy dealers trying to put you into the priciest car on the lot. He told us to take our time and pick something we liked and he would work with us on the price if possible. Well he worked with us! I was very pleased and gave him a excellent rating. A year later I walked in there and he greeted me as if we were long lost family. My '03 F-150 Pickup still looked great, but was too outdated and the repairs were happening more frequent. He asked what I was looking for, and I gave him a few ideas, and he told me he had a few X5 's on the lot that I might like. We went over some of his inventory and he was able to find one in the color I wanted and with more options that even knew existed. Within a hour and a half we were filling out the paperwork and I was to pick up the car the next day. He told me he would set up an appointment with one of the finance guys, Ricky. Before he could get out Ricky's last name, I asked Ricky Wan? He laughed and said yes. He could see I was all smiles. I've dealt with Ricky before and he bent over backwards to make sure I was pleased. Ricky went over the numbers of my X5 and went over the extra packages available, and simplified and broke down the numbers well. Ricky laughed an told me, he'd see me in a couple of years to put me into something new. I don't doubt I'll be back. These guys are awesome. More
