If you enjoy wasting time and being lied to resulting in a horrific experience, then this is the dealership for you. Factory ordered 2022 M4C, left a deposit, ran my credit 6 months before car came. When car finally arrives, dealer tells me to buy insurance and to come in pick up car only to have me drive an hour there an hour back to not be able to pick up the car due to them not having an approval for me. I'm verbally told at this point my credit won't be run again but my payments are going to be about $500 more than what was written on my buyers order. Being in car industry myself I understood somethings may change but a $500 difference in the monthly payment is clearly them trying to rip me off and play me for an idiot. I get extremely livid and call general manager to have things resolved, he agrees to just bump the payment like $100 which at the point I just wanted to get the process over with so I took it. Now I'm few months into ownership, find out they didn't give me the expected mileage on my contract and actually gave me less. On top of that I was told my credit would not be run again upon picking up the car but the finance manager did it again anyways 2 days AFTER I ALREADY TOOK THE CAR HOME. I never write reviews but if you're going to spend this much money on a car do not buy from here. Get a nicer experience elsewhere. More
We keep trying to finalize purchase of a new X3. First, they sent us home a week ago with nothing in writing on "deal" we were promised. Next, it took all week to get Gary Finance mgr on the phone. Thursday, we reviewed figures and I told him we're coming in 10 a.m. Friday and I need to be out in one hour, he said ok. We arrived at dealership Friday, ready to trade for our X3, and paperwork not ready. We got asked the same questions mulitple times by sales rep on behalf of Gary whom we never met. I had to leave for work after more than three hours of waiting, then they promised to deliver our X3 to our home. Yesterday. At the end of the day, they promised to deliver at 10 a.m. today, and now it's one hour later and no X3. They don't keep appointments with customers, they don't respect our time or value us, and the don't tell the truth. They're disorganized and inattentive, my worst car buying experience, ever. More

FRAUD - FRAUD - no ethics! My husband made a deal for a new BMW - the sales rep never told him his current lease was a part of the deal - so when that lease was up he returned it to a local deal. When World Wide found out about the return - they wanted additional 2000.00 - even though we had a deal in writing. My husband had a conversation with Alan about the potential equity to which he indicated there was none so why would it matter where the car was returned. Called BMW corporate - they indicated they are unable to assist - but wanted to hear what happened (why??) Ask a million questions and get everything in writing from this unethical dealership! More
My wife and I just purchased a new BMW X3. We worked with Ben Bautista and had terrific buying experience. Despite all of the reported new vehicle inventory shortages, Ben was able to find the exact ca with Ben Bautista and had terrific buying experience. Despite all of the reported new vehicle inventory shortages, Ben was able to find the exact car and options we wanted and offer a competitive price. Ben even had the dealership hold the car for an extra week, while we were on vacation. When we arrived to take delivery of the car, Pete in the Finance Department had all of the paperwork in order and went through all of the our options. The vehicle walkthrough was perfect -- Ben customized all of the settings to our preferences. And they do the delivery and walkthrough in a covered garage, so you can stay warm in the winter which was I strongly recommend working with Ben and Wide World BMW More

Kristian Ohara is far best SP I ever dealt with. I bought my X3 CPO on line, no face-to-face integration, phone or IM only. Kris went above and beyond to show me car that I was interested in and helped to co my X3 CPO on line, no face-to-face integration, phone or IM only. Kris went above and beyond to show me car that I was interested in and helped to complete all necessary paperwork, all done remote. X3 was loaded and shipped within 2 days to IL, literally loaded Monday, received next day. I am very pleased with service and personal attention that was given by Kris. 5 stars. This dealership not only committed fraud but refused to make it right except giving me a refund. Not even a free oil change.
