I bought my first BMW at Wide World, and Jason Lugue is an absolute dream to deal with. He made my buying process a great experience because he is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles, listened to an absolute dream to deal with. He made my buying process a great experience because he is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles, listened to all my questions and quickly responds to any and all of my inquiries over the phone and email. It's been 2 months since I picked up my vehicle, and Jason still reaches out to touch base and he encourages me to call with any questions that I may have. Jason is awesome!! More

Wide BMW is top notch. Jason Lugue is top notch. I had the privilege of working with Jason and if you go there you should as well. This is the 3rd lease I've had, and I have never experienced a sales pers the privilege of working with Jason and if you go there you should as well. This is the 3rd lease I've had, and I have never experienced a sales person who genuinely made me feel that he cared I was satisfied with my purchase. From finding the right color combos, to making sure I had all I wanted with interior options and back again. To making himself available when it was convenient for me and his focus on making sure I had all I wanted rather than being eager to just close a deal. As a previous BMW owner, I was not sure I even wanted another since my experience was so bad the first time around. Working with the right people makes all the difference. Definitely pay them a visit before making any decisions. They will earn your business. They fly high above the rest! More

Third BMW leased from Alan. Nice guy - no pressure - knowledgeable. Buying or leasing a car can be such an unpleasant, time-consuming process. Not so with Alan and Wide World. knowledgeable. I was very impressed with this dealership. The price of the 2009 BMW 528xi was better than any other dealership around and the car was in a great condition. Biggest reason for the great experience was the the 2009 BMW 528xi was better than any other dealership around and the car was in a great condition. Biggest reason for the great experience was the agent MANNY (Emmaneul Saint Louis). He is genuinely customer focussed agent. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and smoothness of the car. Manny made sure that the car was in absolutely clean "like new" condition. He got my car detailed twice to make sure its sparkling. The dealership didnt charge me any *stupid* fees. I went to atleast 5-6 different dealers before coming to Wide World BMW. I was very frustrated by other dealers charging me more than $2000 in fees for a used car.... Here it was just the DMV fee and $75 doc fee. I highly recommend this dealership and specially the agent MANNY. Enjoy Shopping!! More
I have been to this dealership before for service and I have been to this dealership before for service and they are very accommodating and they are typically good to deal with. However, this is a I have been to this dealership before for service and they are very accommodating and they are typically good to deal with. However, this is a case where something went wrong, they did not take care of me, and they endangered my family. I brought my CPO 135I in to mount and balance 4 new tires and do a NY state inspection. They have extended service hours that I think is a great convenience. While attempting to remove the left front rim from the car the wheel lock key broke, the service advisor stated that it had shattered in the lug nut. I could be wrong, but I assume that this occurred by using an impact wrench while using the key, which is specifically warned against in the packaging. They billed me additional labor for removing the damaged key and lug. They billed me full list price for a new set of wheel locks (which I feel they had likely broken or at least were responsible for). My opinion is: 1) If the locks possibly had been over-torqued and jammed on, they were over-torqued by a BMW dealer. 2) If they were unable to break the locking lug loose with a breaker bar, they should have advised me they could try an impact wrench but it may shatter and I'd be responsible for the associated costs. Note that all of this took more time than originally planned for, and it started to get late. I suggested that I could take a loaner and stop back tomorrow, there was no rush (note that this would cost me about an extra $25 in gas for the roundtrip plus tolls, and also my time) besides I was hungry, it was almost 8PM and neither me or my wife had eaten. Instead they chose to work about an hour more, 25 minutes past their typical closing time to get this done. The worst part of this is that when I was checking the wheel last night for damage (already home), I noticed one of the lugs on the right front wheel was completely loose. Although 1 lug won't let the wheel fall off, they are putting myself and my family in unnecessary danger, who knows how tight the rest of the lugs are, and obviously they are not using a torque wrench and tightening in a star pattern as proscribed by BMW. It also means I will have to go and finish the job I already paid a "professional" to do, and re-torque every lug on every wheel. Which brings me to my point, the work was not done professionally, and I've lost trust. Perhaps that trust was misguided to begin with and I should not have expected them to absorb their and perhaps the other dealer's mistakes, and the rushed job invariably results in errors. I called my service advisor today, I'm not sure what I expected them to do, but he had little to say, although he did apologize. I guess the best would be to 1) send a tech over to my house to re-torque all lugs to spec, as driving the car with loose lugs is a non-starter. 2) Credit my account for damaged wheel lock and labor associated with it. 3) Properly torque lugs on the car in the future ( I have no idea how they would guarantee that) . I suspect they thread the lugs on a few turns by hand and then use the impact wrench to shoot them tight, and they forgot to hit one of them. Probably all these service people are in a time-crunch to beat the book rated time allotment, so its likely a widespread issue across dealerships and thats how the original lugs were shot on really tightly to begin with. In any case, if you go here for service, you should check to make sure they got everything back together safely, before you take your car back. More
