My name is Chanise Brown and for the past 6 months I have been dealing with 3 different BMW dealership trying to purchase a X3 BMW for the right price and luxury. On 6/29/12 I had my first encounter with Mr. Galette I told him what I was looking for & in matter of 10mins he called me back & offered me deal that no other dealership would able to offer to me. Mr. Galette was very honest with me thoughout my entire experience, he was very efficient and thorough about the price, extended warranty, maintanance, sale price, taxes, & all features that came with vehicle ect. One of the fine qualities that I admired about Mr. Galette was his professionalism over the phone and in person, he was very patient with me and most of all he explained everything to me step by step. In closing I must say when I left your BMW dealership on 7/6/12 I left your dealership as the world's most happy & satified customer. I have shared this memorable experience with my family & friends and I have recommended them to Mr. Galette, because what we discussed by phone was what he delivered to me on 7/6/12 making my experience a memorable experience that I will never forget as long a I live. After several weeks of online research I had finally decided that one of the used cars at Wide World fit my requirements - a 2010 BMW 135i with the M-Sport package. I had originally come down the previous weekend in order to test drive the vehicle and by the end of my short stay in Spring Valley decided that I would go forward with the purchase. Working with Ferley was fantastic as he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns about the purchase as well as meet my target price after some negotiation. The only reason why I was not able to take the car home on the spot was because the state of Massachusetts apparently doesn't like in-transit plates - so I went home for the week in order to settle those matters. We did encounter a few hiccups along the way and found out at the last minute (after I had taken another three+ hour drive down) that I would not be able to leave with the vehicle unless I had an existing registration that would be transferred over - and was about to leave empty-handed when Lenny stepped up and offered to drive the 135 up to my place of residence on the dealership's plates. He went around EIGHT HOURS out of his way on a Saturday evening in order to make sure that I did not leave disappointed (he had us drive his own personal car up so he had a means of going home afterwards). I have never heard of an employee from any dealership who would go so far ABOVE and BEYOND what could be expected of him for a customer - which just shows you the level of dedication what Wide World employees have. Will definitely be paying him another visit in a year or two when I reach the point when I will be ordering a brand new vehicle - and I will recommend the dealership to anyone who is looking for incredible service and overall quality. 10/10 would purchase again. Joe used his computer to work out the pricing and financing as we spoke, no wasted time or mystery. I felt that he was sincere in trying to put together a package that worked for me as well as the dealership. He made what is usually a trying experience, pleasant. I can understand why Joe was recommended to us and I would repeat the recommendation. More

I have been buying cars from Joe for over 20 years, and everytime he greets me with a smile and his commitment to find me the car I want, at a great price, with no angst. Recently, I have bought both everytime he greets me with a smile and his commitment to find me the car I want, at a great price, with no angst. Recently, I have bought both the 3 series and 5 series cars from him, and each car was purchased with a full explanation of the car, the costs, the options, where he could find what I wanted if not there, and his commitmetn to me to make it easy, cost effective and a nice experience. He treats me with the same respect whether I am buying on the upper or lower end. He goes out of his way, for instance, when I lived near him, he would swap cars for me, when my car needed to be serviced. There is never any pressure to purchase, or any sales tactics to make one feel uncomforatble. In an industry which sometimes provides bad experiences, my experience with Joe has always been excellent, and I never worry about, or second guess, any recommendation which I give to others to use him. I was on the hunt for a specific BMW 3 Series 6spd (xdrive, options, mileage, CPO, colors, wheels, and year), give or take 1.5 years (autotrader/cars.com). With that said, it is safe to say I’ve not only visited several BMW dealers, but also worked with MULTIPLE sales advisors (1x1) within the industry, specific to the tri-state area. Phone calls, emails, visits, you name it... When you’re picky, patient and your bill of sale also weighs on the people/company you are buying from, then the customer experience is necessary and desired. I had the opportunity to work exclusively with Lenny. There is NO ONE in this business (within my experience) that is as dedicated, understanding and hip. I am all about relationships, and Lenny delivered. From start, to finish and EVERYTHING in between, Lenny kept in constant contact as well as understood my needs as a conscious buyer. The pricing was accurate, and the customer experience above par. IF you are looking to buy a BMW and/or vehicle, my strong suggestion/recommendation is – GO TO WIDE WORLD BMW (SPRING VALLEY, NY), and work with LENNY. -“Joe” More

The 2nd time I brought the car there I picked it up in the morning. Having dealt with other BMW dealers, I came to expect certain things. I asked the employee if they washed the car. If you want the car washed theres a place down the street. As I drove away I put my hand on a glob of grease that was on the arm rest. The window when I rolled it down and then back up had a smear of grease up the whole length of the glass! Had to bring the car back !!! The 3rd time I used them for service all my info was missing from their data base! An hour later i was finally checked in! The service advisor came back and said that because it took to long for me to check in there no more loaner cars!! But I could go to Enterprise and rent a car !! I told them to cancel the service, I needed my car back and I didn't have time to go renting a car at Enterprise! No apology! No offer to take me in the next day or even the next week! That was the last time I ever stepped foot into their showroom or service area!! Stay away if you don't want to get yourself aggravated!! More
