The 2nd time I brought the car there I picked it up in the morning. Having dealt with other BMW dealers, I came to expect certain things. I asked the employee if they washed the car. If you want the car washed theres a place down the street. As I drove away I put my hand on a glob of grease that was on the arm rest. The window when I rolled it down and then back up had a smear of grease up the whole length of the glass! Had to bring the car back !!! The 3rd time I used them for service all my info was missing from their data base! An hour later i was finally checked in! The service advisor came back and said that because it took to long for me to check in there no more loaner cars!! But I could go to Enterprise and rent a car !! I told them to cancel the service, I needed my car back and I didn't have time to go renting a car at Enterprise! No apology! No offer to take me in the next day or even the next week! That was the last time I ever stepped foot into their showroom or service area!! Stay away if you don't want to get yourself aggravated!! More

I had contacted other BMW dealerships and they were unable to offer me any cars in my price range. Alan quickly found me the perfect vehicle, which wound up cheaper than many of the so-called " fantastic lease deals" currently being offered on much lesser cars. With BMW's bumper to bumper warranty for 4 years/50,000 miles, including oil changes and brakes ( yes, brakes!), it was a no-brainer. Alan handled everything efficiently and quickly. It was a complete pleasure from beginning to end. If other BMW dealerships are unwilling to extend a reasonable offer, I urge you to call Wide World BMW. I live in New Jersey but was more than willing to make the trip to Rockland County NY to purchase my car. They have an extensive selection, a great service department with fantastic loaner vehicles, as well as Saturday service hours. I am so glad Alan was able to assist me with my purchase of my new BMW.
