I talked and made an appointment with Ferley Galette. He was young and eager to please, I was very satisfied with our conversation about the car. We went for a test drive and I was hooked. Mr. Galette was very informative explaining many of the features of the car that I was not familiar with (this is my first BMW)and he helped me make the decision to buy the car. Mr. Ferley was responsive to my needs and answered all of my questions and even after I left the lot and had an additional inquiries, he continues to be very helpful. I live near this dealership and I am very impressed with the service, friendliness and professionalism of all the members of this dealership that interacted with me.
