Received a check from manny from wide world BMW to compensate me for my time,gas,and tolls,I have to say that they have been very humble and apologetic about my bad experince with them and Manny has stayed in touch and is searching to find the right X5 for me.He has renewed my faith in wide world BMW and I think they definately warrant a second chance and I hope I can do bussiness with them soon.
