Walking across Rte 59 (the preowned lot is across the street from the showroom and financial offices) without a traffic light nearby is not the safest thing I've ever done. There were multiple problems pricing the extended factory warranty and getting to a final bottom line price. Very frustrating policy and procedures for remittance. Updated 2/21/12 - Received an incorrect NYS Title last month (indicated a lien to BMW FS...I bought the car cash). Sent the title back to them at my expense and am still waiting for a corrected title. Downgraded the overall experience to OK. More
