Wonderful Sales Experience We had an appointment to meet a sales person about a X3 that we had seen on Car Guru. The sales person was not there. Haasan greeted us immediately. We told him our situation and he said don't worry, I will take care of you. He quickly pulled up the car we were interested in. He fully explained all of the details and benefits of the car and the dealership. He showed us the car and went with us on test drive. The car has many features that he explained as we drove. When we got back he prepared all of the paperwork. I told him the interest rate that we could get from my credit union, and he said BMW could match it. He said that we could get the car that afternoon. When we demurred he volunteered to bring the car to our house as the dealership is about an hour from our house. He delivered the car to us on Saturday after his shift ended, and made sure that we could operate the necessary features. We are extremely satisfied with Haasan and World Wide. and we would recommend him and the dealership. I want to add a review for Ricky Wan in finance. He is an experienced and dynamic person who made the most complicated portion of our car purchase simple and pleasant. He explained all the details of the loan. He also pointed out the advantages of the Maintenance contract which we weren't planning to buy. Because of Ricky we bought the contract and now feel even more secure in our purchase More

Both Ricky and Billy stayed until 9pm on a Monday night to make sure everything was done right and at no point did I feel rushed. Will definitely do business again with Billy and Ricky. George Popa was our salesperson and he was very helpful. The only comment we have is they didn’t give us much discount. They offered non-monetary (service) discount instead but we’d rather have a cash discount. They wouldn’t budge at first but we did get a little cash discount after some pushing. Overall, it wasn’t stressful and we were able to take home our Certified pre-owned 2016 BMW X5 on the same day. It was all prepped and detailed. We’re very happy with our purchase! More
