Best in Class they are not. I was not satisfied with the salesperson I dealt with and found him to be deceptive. There were certain repairs that needed to be done and I was advi I was not satisfied with the salesperson I dealt with and found him to be deceptive. There were certain repairs that needed to be done and I was advised the car was in the shop. The following day after I received the car I decided to have it checked out myself and found the repairs were not done. The finance advisor tried to add additional items on the loan application and kept trying to have me take the loan out for a higher amount, even though I was very specific with the amount of down payment I wanted to make. The paperwork had to be changed 3 times because she refused to follow my request. More
