From the moment we e-mailed the dealership to inquire about a car we saw online to the moment we drove out with our new car, George provided a world class service! George did not hesitate to stay way out of dealership hours on a Friday nigh to make sure we were able to pick up our car that day. He was extremely helpful and upfront throughout the entire process. Gary was extremely professional (and stayed late as well) and made the financing process very easy for us. To top it all off, we had a little incident with the BMW emblem on the first night and George kindly offered to replace it to make it up for keeping us late when we picked the car up. Great experience overall! More
