Well, I have to say, I had the opposite experience. George Popa was helpful, friendly, funny, and honest. He guided me through my first car buying experience with great care. He picked me up from Manhattan (roughly 55 minutes away) because taking public transit would be too difficult, and he offered to drive me back if for some reason I didn't purchase a car. He was very easy to make small talk with; and he didn't once try to sell me on the car. In fact, he was honest about BMW and other manufacturers along the car ride. Once at the dealer, I could see him running between buildings and amongst people to get me moving as fast as I could. Overall great experience. Ask for George when you go there. You won't regret it.
