John Kaya was great Thank goodness for John! We were forced to wait over 5 hours to get into a financing office. ( Actually had to leave and come back the next day.) If Thank goodness for John! Salesperson - OK Finance guy - Terrible There are more honest dealers out there and I would go there - The salesperson Ricardo was good (if not a little too keen) to close the deal but overa There are more honest dealers out there and I would go there - The salesperson Ricardo was good (if not a little too keen) to close the deal but overall no issues with him. The issue comes with the finance guys who try to hard sell you extra's that you don't need - Try to tell you that the car includes no servicing when it does and then apparently slipped in a credit card application in with the lease docs. Found out the hard way when an unwanted credit card appears and you are left fighting with everyone to get the card off your credit history. Wells Fargo 2.0! Reported to management who didn't care in the slightest and just wanted to get me off the phone. More
