WORST DEALERSHIP LIERS AND THIEVES STAY FAR AWAY This dealership will try to steal every penny they can from you. They lied about applying a $500 payment waiver towards my first 2 payments and tried This dealership will try to steal every penny they can from you. They lied about applying a $500 payment waiver towards my first 2 payments and tried to cover up by saying it was applied upfront WHEN IT WAS CLEAR IN MY EMAIL COMMUNICATION with the salesman that it would be applied as a payment waiver for the first two payments. After contacting the salesman and then the manager, (and after getting a nasty attitude and even being yelled at that I was lying) they said they would refund me the money BUT ONLY IF I FILL OUT A POSITIVE SURVEY FROM BMW!!!!!! They are blackmailing me to fill out a survey or else they will keep my money that they stole???! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND ENERGY and of course your money. More
