Where do I start, these guys are thug, liar, cheaters. I ordered the X5 from out of state. First they will trap you by giving low monthly lease cost. And they won't give you selling price until you sign the paper. How you are supposed to make sure all numbers are correct (MF, Residual, total cap cost) etc. Brian Sorce - Who made him GM/Sales director. He doesn't know a thing how to talk to customers. He has very bad attitude. Working in BMW center doesn't make him VIP. Their CA/sales lying about everything. He will commit to everything but nothing gets done. He promised all weather mats to me. When my car was shipped to WA, he told me someone stole from my car. Then for over a month, I was calling and getting replied back that yes, It was already shipped thru courier. and guess what after 6 months I have not still received any courier with mats. Their finance guy- slipped BMW credit card application in my lease paper and I got 3 extra hard inquires on my credit report from BMW Credit Card. I didn't even ask to sign up for BMW Credit card. I was this close to report to FTC. And these morons, did 3 hits on my credit history. And I paid $500 for my license and DMV. They didn't return anything after DMV plates. Told me $150 is for outside vendor who process the DMV paper work. Initially they told me anything remaining from DMV cost, I will get back. $500 for DMV plates?? Other BMW dealer charged me $238 for plates and title. I checked with my other friends who order X5 from WW. They have the same experience. Took 2 months for my NJ friend to get his plates from them. WW goal is sell the car then don't know the person. Advice - Run from their dealership, don't even look back. I will post this to every BMW forum make sure people don't get trapped. More

Can be critical I have a great client advisor who is always available and was able to provide me with the car I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. Everyone I have dealt with has been great. My only complaint, and I've said this before that the client waiting area is not up to par with other dealerships. Snacks are absolutely nothing, and there is nothing enticing about sitting in the waiting area while work is being done. More
