Salesman Karl Rodriguez was pleasant and answered all our questions. There was no "hard sell" placed on us, nor an attempt to upsell us. There was a bit of a scrape on the rear quarter panel which he said he'd apply some touch up paint to - which he did. When we went back to pick up the car, Karl had gotten us some winter floor mats that appeared new - so that was a nice surprise at no extra charge. All in all, a good purchasing experience - we'd buy from Karl again! Lenny A More

BMW 330 LEASE Unfortunately I have to agree with the Other Customers which gave this Dealership 1 Star. I leased a 2019 BMW 330i and from the day I leased the Vehi Unfortunately I have to agree with the Other Customers which gave this Dealership 1 Star. I leased a 2019 BMW 330i and from the day I leased the Vehicle I had nothing but troubles with the car and with this Dealership. First, the Dealer gave me temporary license plates which expired in 9 days after Purchase and I was driving with expired plates and I got pulled over for it. Than the Problems with the Car: The sunroof would Not Close, the headlights wont shut off after the Ignition is turned off. Than the Radio would not shut off when you lock and exit the car. Than comes the Warning Lights and messages on the dash “Passenger Restraint System” 🔧 Malfunction. Which means the Airbags are NOT working properly and may deploy while driving. All these signs means the car is Defected and it might most likely be a LEMON. Now, the World Wide BMW only Contacted me once, and the acting Manager told me that they were going to take care of the car, come pick it up and take care of all the Problems I have told them. This was about 5/6 weeks ago. No One Fixed the Car as of now. World Wide BMW told me the Problems I have with the Car is minor and normal for a new car. Is this a Dealership you would want to do Business with???? Dont make the same Mistake I made. Find a different BMW dealer and do your homework before hand. More
