By pure luck in 2011, I purchased my last X5 at Wide World and had serviced my truck there throughout my lease and they have always been outstanding. As I was coming close to the end of my lease I wante World and had serviced my truck there throughout my lease and they have always been outstanding. As I was coming close to the end of my lease I wanted to get into another X5 but there were some variables i had that needed to be factored in. I went to a few other dealerships just to "see" but no one was able to come to close to what Alan & Brian did for me at Wide World. They took all the factors i had into consideration, they knew the criteria that was important to me with regards to a new vehicle. They did not have an X5 on the premis to suit my needs but within a few days they found a vehicle that had everything that was important to me and MORE! As they promised, the vehicle was there within a few days. Alan was a pleasure to work in terms of preparing the paperwork in advance, contacting my insurance company and answering all of my questions. He sat in the vehicle with me the day I picked up to make sure i was comfortable with how all of the additional features worked. I work in retail and it is nice to see that they are extremely customer service oriented and did everything they could to retain me as a repeat Wide World Customer. I previously leased a BMW from another dealer so I naturally approached them first but it was obvious they wanted to play games. It was then that I started to look around and contacted several dealers. Darlene was first to respond and provide numbers. Actually the price she shared was the best and when she improved on it even more, there was no other reason to go elsewhere. All throughout the process as I kept revising the option list and going back and forth on the packages she was very patient and understanding. The whole buying experience was concluded in 2 visits, 1 to make a downpayment and the second to pick the car up. Bottom line: She's a straight-shooter and will work with you to get the car you want at the price you're comfortable with. If you're looking for a BMW you owe it to yourself to at least give Darlene a call. You will not be disappointed.
