Darlene was great, in fact she was the reason we bought our car from Wide World, she provided an excellent, top notch, friendly service and was willing to accommodate our requirements. We live in NJ and ha our car from Wide World, she provided an excellent, top notch, friendly service and was willing to accommodate our requirements. We live in NJ and had options to go to many places, but chose to drive 50 minutes to get the car from Wide World. We had very specific requirements for our 3 series and Darlene was one of the only three dealers who were willing to get the car for us (we were ordering 2013 so couldn't "build" the car). But Darlene was the only one who patiently heard what we were looking for and got the exact vehicle. Not many car dealers were willing to to that, and some very quite obnoxious to say the least - BMW of Morristown being the worst of all, where they didn't even entertain the fact that we were looking for a 2013 model with specific features. In spite of having to go through the hassle of finding the exact car for us and getting it, she did give us a very good price on the vehicle. The best part was all this was done over phone and emails, I visited the dealership and met Darlene only when we went to pick up the car. The actual sale and financing part was great too, Wide World had everything ready when we went in and we quickly did the paperwork and were out of the shop sooner than we expected. The lease on my 2011 335xi was going to expire in February and I was approaching my contracted 45,000. I came into the dealership to discuss a pull forward for a new 2014 X6 with Alan Himmelfarb. He was teriffic throughout the entire process. The X6 is not readily available under normal circumstances, so Alan helped me order the exact car I wanted and offered great advice. The negotiation on the price was very reasonable, mutually beneficial, and the car was delivered earlier than we anticipated. Alan was very knowledgeable and helpful in geting me familiar with the car when I picked it up. I'm delighted with the new X6 and grateful to Alan and Wide World for getting it done for me. More
