I leased my first BMW from a dealer in another state 3 years ago, and after sampling various dealer service departments closer to home I quickly settled on Wide World BMW. Whether it was Steven Karasek or Suzanne Leale or anyone else in the service dept for that matter they always did their best to accommodate me and my schedule with or without an appointment. The word "no" does not seem to exist is their vocabulary, except as in the phrase "no problem", so when it came time to return that car and lease another it was almost a foregone conclusion I would do it through Wide World. Still, I did my due diligence and shopped the car and configuration I wanted with several area dealers before talking to Wide World. When I met with Alan Himmelfarb he listened carefully to what I was looking for, went to consult with management, and came back with a lease deal structured exactly the way I wanted and at a price no other dealer could touch. And he did it all with absolutely NO haggling and without pressuring me for the other dealer's offers. It was a great price, there was no pressure, and I accepted on the spot. The car is fantastic. I am an aggressive bargainer and have been ripped off by dealers in the past, so I don't like any of them. But I had great experience with Jason. He gave me the best price among all the dealers I visited over a 3 days period. But, most importantly, he was the only guy who didn't play any trick on me when he gave me his quote. And I only spent 10 minutes with him on the phone to get his final price. He was very honest and straightforward with me. Among the dealers I visited, one dealer had no car I wanted in their inventory at all, despite telling me that they had it. I didn't find that out till having spent 2 hours with them. Another dealer gave me a great price and then told me the car I wanted is not for lease (they are actually showing me a car someone else had already ordered and customized). This dealer is willing to lease me another less valuable for the same price. Another dealer gave me the price I wanted and in the end I found out it's a lender car. To be fair, one of the dealership did give us a similar car at the same price of Jason - but it was after about 2 hours of negotiation (not including about 1 hr I spent on the phone with them), but we eventually walked away because Jason's car had a better color and package, and that dealership was not willing to give us the car for $50 less :) I would highly recommend Jason and WW Dealership, and frankly I am going back there for another car at bonus time :) More

Joey was very punctual and professional with the purchase price and trade-in value negotiations and Kurby was very knowledgeable of the car and the process of the out-of-state transaction, setting-up of the price and trade-in value negotiations and Kurby was very knowledgeable of the car and the process of the out-of-state transaction, setting-up of the satellite radio usage, title transfer and technical aspects of the vehicle which were technologically extensive and numeral. Ned, promptly communicated well the financial aspect of the deal and all of the professionals encountered were optimistic and personable.
