One of the experiences that usually goes bad with a new car purchase is when you bring it in for service. Having been a customer of this dealership since 2001 service has never been an issue. Yes, there have been issues with the service department but Steven always came to the rescue to rectify each situation. Steven always greets me by name and with a smile. He keeps me abreast of every service, no matter how trivial. I always leave with the feeling that Steven wants me to be satisfied with any service performed. Overall experience was great. We were looking for a little more wiggle room on the price, but they were not trying to take advantage. They were honest about everything. I received an email from Alan this morning asking me for more information in order to answer my lease question. He treated me with respect and emailed me a pressure free quote. A different dealer I emailed replied with a "when are you available for a test drive?" I had asked for a lease quote. Alan never strayed from my original request for a lease quote. Three hours after I received my quote from Alan, I took delivery of my car. Throughout the three hours, he and the dealer respected me as a potential customer, respected my time and treated me like a human being. All this without any hassle, without any degree of pressure. The price was also excellent. This is the price you could expect after rounds of "let me talk to my manager" without the stress and time wasted. I've purchased cars from 2 Mercedes dealers, 2 BMW(other than WW), 1 Lexus, 1 Land Rover, 1 Porsche. My experience with Alan and Wide World BMW was the best. I was truly impressed and will return for my BMW needs in the future. More
