William Gallagher attention to detail and professionalism is the best bar none! Normally when you purchase a car you feel like the salesman is yet another obstacle to get through before you actually get to t is the best bar none! The vehicle I wanted was en-route to the dealership and William held it for me until it came in so I could see if before making my final decision. I went to see the car as soon as it came in and bought it that day. William took much of the information over the phone and had me email information to him to make the process at the dealership as simple as possible. When I went to pick up my vehicle the next day, it was clean and ready to go. The paperwork was signed, William went over the car with me to answer any operating questions I had, and I drove away. The entire process was incredibly simple because William made it that way. The next day he phoned me to see if I was happy with my purchase and to answer any other questions that may have come up. His follow through was great. I would buy my next car from him and I would recommend him to any of my friends looking to buy a BMW. Tom in the finance department was also very friendly and helpful. I shopped around for the best price and Wide World gave it to me. In addition, William gave me a wonderful car buying experience. More

Great experience negotiating....and then it came time to take delivery. Not only did they refuse to let me use my trade toward my down payment, they took 2 weeks to send me the check and in the meantime so take delivery. Not only did they refuse to let me use my trade toward my down payment, they took 2 weeks to send me the check and in the meantime sold the car to another dealer and had it listed for sale! I had to remind them multiple times they never sent my check. They also forgot to order my license plates and even suggested I don't drive the car once the temp plates expired until they could get permanent ones - again forgot to do what they were supposed to do. When they arrived they were the wrong ones! Multiple emails to the general manager were not returned. Wide World BMW definitely appeared only interested in the sale, and could care less what happens after. As a first time customer who leased a $60k SUV definitely not the way I expected to be treated - I got better treatment from a Saturn dealer years back. Sales manager Joe Leung phoned after the fact (likely prompted by this review) and went above and beyond to make things right. Apparently the people who caused all of the errors in my case were "no longer with the company." He could have just ignored me like those before, but he valued customer service and loyalty and went out of his way to make things right. What happened should never have happened, but Joe restored my confidence and I would consider making my next purchase with Wide World. More
