Wide World of Cars BMW

Unfortunately, I lost my car in Hurricane Sandy. In the past 6 weeks, there has not been all that much to smile about. Well all of that changed when I purchased a new 328I BMW from Joe Segreti.Not only was past 6 weeks, there has not been all that much to smile about. Well all of that changed when I purchased a new 328I BMW from Joe Segreti.Not only was he impressively knowledgeable about the automobile, he was kind, pleasant and incredibly patient. I was on the fence about several things. If it wasn't for Joe's professionalism/ automobile knowledge, I'm not sure I would have purchased the vehicle. He made me feel good about all of my choices down to the color combination. Within 24 hrs of sitting with Joe Segreti, he had located my car. I was behing the wheel within 6 days of first walking into Wide World of Cars. I absolutely LOVE my new BMW. Joe Segreti made my holiday Super Special. He is by far The Best car Salesman that I have ever worked with. I recommend him highly !! More

Incompetent, complacent people. They do not acknowledge you or talk to you they are simply rude and obnoxious they try to speak above you. On the phone, I get transferred back and forth and I had to wait you or talk to you they are simply rude and obnoxious they try to speak above you. I had a less then average experience, probably could have gotten a higher quality of service locally. Their overall customer service is absolutely horrendous; terrible - grisly - awful - dire - frightful - dreadful. I do not recommend Wide World BMW. More
