Incompetent, complacent people. They do not acknowledge you or talk to you they are simply rude and obnoxious they try to speak above you. I had a less then average experience, probably could have gotten a higher quality of service locally. Their overall customer service is absolutely horrendous; terrible - grisly - awful - dire - frightful - dreadful. I do not recommend Wide World BMW. More
