Incompetent, complacent people. They do not acknowledge you or talk to you they are simply rude and obnoxious they try to speak above you. I had a less then average experience, probably could have gotten a higher quality of service locally. This time my Client Representative was Joe Segreti. ALthough I had set high standards for Wide World service, Joe was exceptional. He has been an auto sales professional for several decades and knows the BMW line very well. Moreover he has an engaging style and was able to help us determine the right BMW model to meet out needs and get us the best deal on a new lease. But that wasn't the end. He made the extra effort to follow up and insure that our experience with our new BMW was the best it could be. I visit Wide World frequently to get my cars washed and often noticed Joe who always seemed to be running somewhere. I now know why.
