We had gone to another dealership earlier the same day, but they let us down. Jason did everything he could to make us feel welcome and well-taken care of. Wiesner Hyundai did not have the Hyundai Elantra I wanted on the lot, so they had to have one transferred in from Dallas. In the meantime, they put me into a brand new Sonata at no extra charge while I waited a few days for my new car to arrive (something the other dealership didn't even offer, as they too did not have my car on their lot). I purchased a 2012 Elantra and traded in my 2004 fully loaded Nissan Maxima. My sales man came back with a $6,900 price for my trade-in. I said I had gotten an offer of $9,500 from VW. He said well tha loaded Nissan Maxima. My sales man came back with a $6,900 price for my trade-in. I said I had gotten an offer of $9,500 from VW. He said well that was on a much more expensive car. I went online to the "used" cars and it is now selling for $14,900 --- I can understand them making a profit of $2,000-$3,000 but $7,000 is cheating me! Plus taking advantage of a woman buying a car by herself. Shame on them and to look me in the eye and telling me what a deal he was giving me and for me trusting him on a recommendation from a two friends that recently purchased Hyundai from him. More
Drove from Lufkin after receiving a prompt response to my internet inquiry. ACTUALLY LISTENED to my wants, found the car I wanted and gave me a no-nonsense quote in less than 10 minutes that was competetive internet inquiry. ACTUALLY LISTENED to my wants, found the car I wanted and gave me a no-nonsense quote in less than 10 minutes that was competetive with 3 other quotes I received but I chose this dealership because of the attitude of the sales person Mike Cooper who also gave me a drive out qoute that was honored after I drove 2 hours to get there. I am recommending my business partner to him as well. Having bought 9 cars in 12 years, this was the quickest and completly hassle-free. Not one "typical" car dealer trick applied during the initial visit through the financing and drive out. By the way, including test drive, I was in and out in under an hour and half. Thanks More

I called about 7:00 on a friday nite after seeing a truck I had been looking for on the internet. I knew I was going to buy one Saturday somewhere so, with no time to waste I made a offer and told Leon if he I had been looking for on the internet. I knew I was going to buy one Saturday somewhere so, with no time to waste I made a offer and told Leon if he would accept it, I would leave Saturday morning and be there as soon as possible. He accepted the offer and I drove 10 hours to pick up the truck. When I got there, Leon had all the paperwork ready to go and the truck was clean, full of gas and ready to go. I was very satisfied with my dealings with Weisner. As they closed the gate behind me, Leon led me out of town on his way home. Bought a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited on 10/8/2011 with no hassles and they even set up a discount off the sticker of the car by going through Jerry Reynolds @ the Car Pro radio show. Terry Luker the General sales manager set me up with Jon Wiesner (who is the owner's Grandson at a family owned and run dealership) as a salesman who was great and helped me find the exact car I was looking for in my budget. Terry even helped me find a loan with a 3% lower rate than the outside financing I was seeking so I will save even more over the life of the loan. Jon demoed the car perfectly for me and let me take a lengthy test drive since this would be my daily commuter car and he wanted to make sure I was happy with it. Jon even arrange for me and my son to have some Fried Chicken lunch while our paperwork was being prepared since this was on a Saturday and I was there with my 8 year old son over the lunch hour. Mike in finance made the finance process a snap and we where not there all day getting it done. By far the best new car sales experience I have ever had and will highly recommend to anyone looking for a car to see them. More
James Robertson provided excellent service and knowledge about the Equus car. He knew the car specifications and luxury elements very well. He managed the purchase very professionally and worked for the customer to achieve the customer objectives. The end result was a win for the dealership and a win for the customer. Wiesner has recently installed a more interactive document control system that smoothed the paperwork process efficiently. A significant portion of the paperwork is installed on the interactive software where customer and company representatives electronically sign off each required document to ensure a transparent and accurate transaction. It certainly is an improvement over the paper systems I have used previously for new car purchases (1999, 2001, 2003, 2005 & 2008). Congratulations to Wiesner for taking this proactive step toward a paperless and extremely efficient transaction system. More

We purchased a fully-loaded Tuscon from Mike Cooper. I did all of the negotations over the phone because of my travel schedule.
