Worked with a dealer via of texting to provide needed information to them. All I had to do was go and sign the paperwork and pick up the keys. The dealer gave me the run through on the car and I was out the door. No stress at all. I've recommended a friend in Reno to check out this service. This is a great service for us in rural Nevada (Schurz). I love my Chevy Sonic. More

Kelly 👍 she walks on water she got the numbers s worked out and worked out a package well with it our budget ! was a little disappointed in the appraisal of the trade the vehicle only had 77,000 miles on it 2014 Chevy Cruz diesel but overall we got the package worked out 👍was a little disappointed that the new vehicle already had a code popped P24D1 emissions coming off the showroom floor ! Planning a big trip to Colorado here soon we’ll see how it handles what kind of mileage we actually get 😎 havent a dealt with the service department yet i’ve heard mixed reviews about the service department will deal with that when it happens overall I would give this dealership 4.7 rating .😎 More

Horrific I am EXTREMELY upset and frustrated with the service at Wild West. I am already scheduling what will be my 5th time in 40 days for them to 'fix' the e I am EXTREMELY upset and frustrated with the service at Wild West. I am already scheduling what will be my 5th time in 40 days for them to 'fix' the exact same issue on my 2014 Chevy Cruze Eco again. I have already contacted the executive team at G.M. regarding this negligence. Add in the blatant lies from the management team and owner of the business during a very difficult time in my life! I personally feel that these people at Wild West with who I once considered friends, and have also referred many people to purchase vehicles from, are taking advantage of my current vulnerable state since they know I am caring for my dying mother during her last 3 months without a reliable car that I paid them $25,000 to avoid a situation like this only for it to sit in their shop repeatedly and by repeatedly I mean weekly! Terrible Service & Work ethics The Wild West Chevrolet Dealership in Yerington Nevada is a terrible place to have work done on your vehicle. I had my pickup truck towed in last June The Wild West Chevrolet Dealership in Yerington Nevada is a terrible place to have work done on your vehicle. I had my pickup truck towed in last June 2017 and was told it needed all new injectors. After spending over $3,000 I was told it was fixed even though I could tell it was not. The mechanics at Wild West insisted they had repaired my pickup and that it just needed to be driven. What they did not do was recalibrate the motor for the new enjectors. By the time I reached my destination in California, my motors was ruined. Wild West has refused to Warranty any of their work and has refused to discuss this issue with me or the mechanic in Redding, California where the truck has been sitting since June 2017. This is my work truck and the only transportation I have so this is desperate times for me!! When a Dealership can refuse Warranty on their work, why should anyone bother to have work done at a Chevy Dealership!! I thought this meant they stand behind their work!! NOT TRUE!! More
