I took my Grand Cherokee in for routine maintenance, and was met at the express lane by Angela Bain who was able to get the initial paperwork done and get the vehicle scheduled ASAP. She was very welcoming and even my little dog, Ginger, enjoyed her attention! The work was completed, and then Angela noticed the car needed a wash, and she completed that within a couple minutes.
