I've been bringing my car here for years to be serviced for years, but recently I think management changed and service has been horrible. They kept my vehicle for with 3 weeks very little information. Wh for years, but recently I think management changed and service has been horrible. When I was provided with updates it was to tell me that the repair they tried didn't fix the issue and I'd need to pay an additional $1000-$2000. I received this call approximately 3X!!!!! The service advisor lacked empathy and never seemed to be fully sure of what was going on and the call made to the service manager was never returned. This will be my last time purchasing a Jeep and the last time I bring my vehicle to this dealership for any type of service. More
