The individual I dealt with for paperwork was very persistent in trying to sell extras that I started from the start I did not want, nor could afford. He kept saying "with all due respect" and at one point I almost wanted to say, "with all due respect, you are not respecting me and my wishes, and are wasting my time." But it came to me too late, ha. Either way, overall experience was great, even though it took ALL DAY. More
