Don't use the service center The service center at this business is a joke! I should've known better after the first time we had problems with them, but against my better judgmen The service center at this business is a joke! I should've known better after the first time we had problems with them, but against my better judgment I gave them a second chance. I had some warranty work done on my jeep. The work was supposed to be done on a Wednesday or Thursday. We still had not heard from them by that Saturday so my husband called and found out that they hadn't even started the work yet!!! We were finally able to pick it up on that Monday. Fast forward a few weeks, my husband goes to change my oil & realizes the huge front metal skid plate is missing... but the side pieces that hold it up are still hanging there. So he called about it and we were told sometimes they just fall off... pretty sure I would notice a huge chunk of metal falling off my car! It probably weighs at least 40-50 pounds & is larger than one of my tires. After speaking with the service manager several times they finally agreed to order me a new one & install it. (after giving us a run around about the part being plastic & we knew it was definitely metal) My car was also due for a CVT transmission flush so I asked the service manager for an estimate on what it would cost to have that done when they install the skid plate they lost. He told me off the top of his head about $280 (now I don't expect an ''off the top of my head'' price to be exact but I would hope it would be close to correct) when my husband called to make the appointment he was told it would cost $350. When we showed up at the dealership they wanted me to sign on a computer screen without seeing what I was signing for or an actual estimate so asked again what the price would be before signing anything. A third guy quoted us $399... I don't know if these guys make commission off of these prices or what!?! Not one of these ''professionals'' could take the time to look up the actual price in the computer. I guess they just make the price whatever they want! My husband was pissed told them to give us the skid plate and we will take our business elsewhere because we are sick of them trying to screw us! The 2guys at the parts counter were friendly & helpful but I would never recommend using the service center here!!!! More

Easy process at Wilde Subaru Great experience all the way around. We live in northeastern WI, and had been watching the price on a used vehicle on the Wilde (via their website a Great experience all the way around. We live in northeastern WI, and had been watching the price on a used vehicle on the Wilde (via their website and CarGurus) lot for several weeks. Contacted Wilde through their website, and received a quick response from Mike in the Internet sales area. Mike set up an appointment for us, and we met with Tim Brown, who was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He took us on a test drive and did a great job walking us through the sales process. We also met with Terrence in Finance who took care of all the paperwork. The whole process took about 2hrs 15 minutes on the day we bought the car. Thanks to Mike, Tim and Terrence for their efficient and friendly service. More
