Look at cars. Wanted to look at Cherokees while having car serviced. I was pleasantly surprised that no sales rep followed me around. Just directed me to area and left me to browse on my own. I was interested in going for a ride and Douglas drove me around while explaining the systems. Which is what I requested to do. No pressure just said "what would you like us to do?" Long story short, I purchased the car from the nicest young man with no pressure from him. Everyone at Wilde that I had communicated with was extremely pleasant and just good people. Would definitely recommend checking out Wilde. More

After reading the reviews on here I was expecting a great stress free experience finding my first car and was not what I expected. Very clean store and a great selection of used cars. I was told by a salesman at the door that he couldn't help me cause he is waiting for his customer to come in (I did respect that). A sales guy I spoke to said he was busy and someone should be available soon. He sat at his desk playing with his CELL PHONE, really?!?! I walked around to look at cars on my own and when I found one of interest went back to the salesman and he was still playing with phone. I did not even bother talking to another sales person, that was just very disrespectful and rude (I was in the store and on their lot for almost 30 mins) I did purchase from another Wilde store and their staff was AMAZING! I will return to Wilde for future vehicles and recommend Wilde to friends and family. But not their Dodge store it's so sad that two stores both owned by Wilde Can be this different from each other when it comes to their salesmen More

Beau and Josh were able to structure a great deal with trad Shopped online for a specific vehicle which I found at two dealers in the Milwaukee area. Beau and Josh were able to structure a great deal with trade in of my vehicle coming off lease. I value my time, which all were very respectful of until it came time to sign the final papers and pick up the vehicle. Almost 3 hours at the dealer is too long. To be fair, part of that time may well have been the leasing agency that they were working through. This is all that keeps me from giving an overall excellent rating. More

fast and everyone was willing to help. Good experience from the beginning of the deal until it was complete. In the past I have bad experience with the service department. (they didn't rotate the tires, and they said that they did.) They forgot to set the computer back after the oil changes. We talked to the service manager and he compensated with some free oil changes. I sure hope that it has improved. More
