He did everything he could to make our experience a great one! Also, we thought the video was a truly unique and personal touch. We loved it! One item that we thought could use some improvement was that the experience took very long, like 3 1/2 hours. This seemed quite excessive, considering we were cash buyers and had our car picked out on the internet before we arrived at the dealership. The other thing is that they could at least make sure the tank is 1/4 full with gas. We had a 1 1/2 hour drive home and had to stop for gas because we were running on fumes. More

Buying a used vehicle We bought our first wilde motors vehicle yesterday. Our experience was quite plesant. We stopped in and looked a a newer vehicle to thier lot. It was saftey checked but was not cleaned to be put out on the lot. We were the first to get a look at this vehicle. Some cleaning was needed before we could go any further in rhe buying process so our sales person and sales manager arranged for the vehicle to be cleaned so we could see a clean vehicle before makeing any decisions. We returned later in the evening and found the vehicle to be washed and waxed some of the detailimg was done so we could see a clean vehicle. Everyone at the dealership graciously staied late so we could finish the deal and make it possible for us to take our new vehicle home that night. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and we will definitely return for our next vehicle. Our sales person worked quick and was a pleasure to talk to. The buying process is not nearly as bad as it was years ago. All vehiclea are price very competitively. More
