This was my 14th car purchase from a Wilde brand dealership since 1987. As it was with all the others, it was easy fast and painless. One thing about Wilde is that they always have the inventory on the ground ready to go. I've worked with their Dodge, Honda and their former Pontiac Cadillac/Jaguar stores. All a similar experience and they are obviously working to have a seamless experience from dealership to dealership. If I want something and its a brand they have a store for, I will go to them first. They also keep dealerships in the city I live which means a lot when going for service. The bottom line is always price, and you don't give that up to get what they offer. Price is always at market or below. New cars are more complicated than ever, but they still take whatever extended time is needed to go over the electronics, aps etc. that the new owner has to learn. As before I know they will be there after the sale too for anything I need. More

The only thing that was negative about my experience at Wilde was when I drove away from the dealership about 5 minutes into my ride I noticed I did not get a full tank of gas as promised by Joe Hofstetter. I did not have time to return to the dealership, so I called for Joe and was told he was with a customer. I left a message for him to return my call that was Friday February 17th it is now February 18th the dealership is closed Joe has still not returned my call. More

When I was there, after test drive, only spend half an hour processing, I drove the car home! I found out the front and rear car mat was not in the car during fuel up in Wisconsin Dell. Properly the detailing staff forgot to put them back, hope Chris can find them and mail back to me! Anyway Chris A+! More

Very helpful before, during, and after purchase. I located the Town and Country we eventually purchased on Autotrader and was able to set up an appointment to stop by and test drive it. Chris was very casual about the entire experience, which was a good thing as opposed to a pushy, pressured approach some dealers exude. My wife and I had to bring out two small kids and they dealership had a nice little area for them to play during the lengthy vehicle purchase process. My wife was able to drive the van separately from me (while I stayed back and watched the kids) by herself. Ultimately, we purchased the van and when we got back home, I realized the driver's side floor mat was missing (believed to have been misplaced while the vehicle was getting detailed prior to us taking delivery of it). We also noticed the remote for the DVD player was missing. I alerted Chris to these items and he had them replaced no questions asked! I would definitely shop there again in the future!! More

Then it occurred to me, I had dealt with Bob Nebel 3 years prior and was pleased with his attentiveness and care for my needs. Long story short, Bob did a great job listening to my needs and helping me find our next car. The good news was after 2 long weeks of searching, I found the right car. Thanks Bob!
