One item that we thought could use some improvement was that the experience took very long, like 3 1/2 hours. This seemed quite excessive, considering we were cash buyers and had our car picked out on the internet before we arrived at the dealership. The other thing is that they could at least make sure the tank is 1/4 full with gas. We had a 1 1/2 hour drive home and had to stop for gas because we were running on fumes. More
