I should've known better after the first time we had problems with them, but against my better judgmen The service center at this business is a joke! I should've known better after the first time we had problems with them, but against my better judgment I gave them a second chance. I had some warranty work done on my jeep. The work was supposed to be done on a Wednesday or Thursday. We still had not heard from them by that Saturday so my husband called and found out that they hadn't even started the work yet!!! We were finally able to pick it up on that Monday. Fast forward a few weeks, my husband goes to change my oil & realizes the huge front metal skid plate is missing... but the side pieces that hold it up are still hanging there. So he called about it and we were told sometimes they just fall off... pretty sure I would notice a huge chunk of metal falling off my car! It probably weighs at least 40-50 pounds & is larger than one of my tires. After speaking with the service manager several times they finally agreed to order me a new one & install it. (after giving us a run around about the part being plastic & we knew it was definitely metal) My car was also due for a CVT transmission flush so I asked the service manager for an estimate on what it would cost to have that done when they install the skid plate they lost. He told me off the top of his head about $280 (now I don't expect an ''off the top of my head'' price to be exact but I would hope it would be close to correct) when my husband called to make the appointment he was told it would cost $350. When we showed up at the dealership they wanted me to sign on a computer screen without seeing what I was signing for or an actual estimate so asked again what the price would be before signing anything. A third guy quoted us $399... I don't know if these guys make commission off of these prices or what!?! Not one of these ''professionals'' could take the time to look up the actual price in the computer. I guess they just make the price whatever they want! My husband was pissed told them to give us the skid plate and we will take our business elsewhere because we are sick of them trying to screw us! The 2guys at the parts counter were friendly & helpful but I would never recommend using the service center here!!!! More

I contacted this dealer regarding a recall in the instrument panel where the airbag light comes on and the gauges fail to function. After checking online, I found that this issue was under recall. When I contacted service at this dealership, the gentleman mumbled and I could barely make out his name. I think it may have been James or something that sounded like it. After providing the VIN#, first the gentleman tried to tell me that the airbag module issue had already been fixed. Then I explained that the airbag module was not the issue but the instrument control panel which is listed under recall. He then told me that they would not fix this issue because the Grand Cherokee is not listed under that recall. I explained that I did not have a Grand Cherokee but a 4.0 sport listed on the recall page. Something in which this gentleman should have been aware of by the VIN#. He then mumbled and stated that just because it says one Cherokee doesn't mean that it is actually recalled on what I have. This is after I explained that it is specifically listed on the recall web site! He was combative and uncooperative. In now way would I want this kind of person or a company that would hire him to do work on my vehicle. I will attempt to try to find a dealership with quality service employees, even if I have to drive out of my way to get there. More
