I will never forget Charlie Condon. From the return call on Friday evening to the hours spent on Saturday at the dealership on Madisons East side. I had been looking for a pre-owned Honda CR-V for several months. I found 2 at Wilde's that met my needs, so e-mailed, wondering if either car was still available. Jerry Ortega responded quickly to my e-mail and we spent most of Monday e-mailing questions, concerns, and pricing information. I drove up to Madison on Tuesday and the CR-V I had my eye on, was perfect for me. Jerry and Shawn continued working with me on Tuesday with payment issues that needed to be dealt with because I lived outside of the state of Wisconsin. Both were patient as we tried various options and were ultimately successful. I bought the car, love it, and Jerry and Shawn were wonderful to work with. A good car buying experience at Wilde's and would recommend them, and Jerry Ortega, in particular to anyone. More

I have never seen a car salesman go above and beyond like he did. We were also very impressed with Phil and his eagerness to make the numbers work and with Peter in how he managed to get us approved for two cars within 24 hours. I was also quite impressed with Michael's willingness to help me figure out how my bluetooth feature works. He could have directed me to the manual but he didn't. He took the time to explain and show me how it works. The facility is very customer friendly with the coffee bar, clean bathrooms, comfy lounge area with computers, tvs and toys for the kiddos, not to mention the stunning aquarium!
