Wilde East Towne Honda gave me the best price in Madison on both my new Odyssey and my trade-in. I shopped at another Madison dealership as well as a dealership in Milwaukee, but after speaking with Eric He on both my new Odyssey and my trade-in. I had an excellent experience working with Charlie to buy a used car. He is friendly and down-to-earth and made the process a lot of fun. Once I selected a car, he went above and beyond to address my concerns and put me at ease. For example, there were a few (hardly noticeable) scuff marks on the exterior of the car and he had them buffed and painted with touch-up paint. Also, I wanted to install heated seats in the car and he arranged for the installation at The Tint Factory and even let me borrow a loaner car from Wilde while the heated seats were being installed, making the process completely hassle-free. I enjoyed working with Charlie and am very pleased with my new car! More
