Wilde East Towne Honda - Service Center

The vehicle I purchased was defective. It stalled after only one month. I had it towed to Wilde East Towne Honda and I was not satisfied with the results in my effort to have it repaired. I had to replac only one month. I had it towed to Wilde East Towne Honda and I was not satisfied with the results in my effort to have it repaired. I had to replace spark plugs and the power steering pump. Wilde East Towne Honda performed a diagnostic test and denied finding problems, other than a misfire. Prior to having it towed to the shop, I had a diagnostic test done and received a print-out of numerous problems. Wilde East Towne Honda did not have the capability of printing the diagnostic test reading as this is what I was told. They admitted doing an inspection and making numerous repairs to the vehicle prior to it being sold. However, It is my belief that they were hiding what was found in an effort to conceal that they sold a defective vehicle. I incurred a costly out of pocket expense for repairs and with this I am very displeased. More

I made an unscheduled visit to Wilde at the end of the day on a Friday to have them look at scratch on my car caused by running over a branch in the road. Even though I did not have an appointment, I rece day on a Friday to have them look at scratch on my car caused by running over a branch in the road. Even though I did not have an appointment, I received very prompt attention. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were able to almost completely buff out the scratch, and they did not even charge me for the wonderful and speedy service. I could not be happier with the service I received. I would HIGHLY recommend Wilde East Towne Honda. More

I stopped at Wilde on my way from Minneapolis to Chicago with a windshield cleaner problem late on a Saturday afternoon. It had been snowing and I couldn't drive into Chicago without the windshield sprayer with a windshield cleaner problem late on a Saturday afternoon. There were other customers, and Cheryl, who was very helpful and informative, made me aware that they may not be able to resolve the problem in such a short time. But before long, I heard from Joe and the problem had been fixed. Joe explained the issue and made a few suggestions, and I was on my way. People like Cheryl and Joe have me committed to always owning Hondas. I frequently drive Chicago to Minneapolis, and it's nice to know that Wilde Honda is just off the freeway in Madison. More

I brought my VW in to have the tires changed. I was told to pull my car in front of the service doors and they will automatically open to let me in. Before I had my car in park Cheryl was already on the way to my door to greet me and confirm the services I came in for. She was courteous and professional in her work and made me feel extremely comfortable with brining my car to this dealership and in setting me up in their customer lounge so I could get some work done. She gave me an expectation of how long it would take and she was right on the money. As I sent a few emails for work, I could over hear Cheryl working with other customers. She took a personal interest in each person she dealt with. I almost felt like she was the corporate trainer teaching a class on how to deliver great service to customers.
