"Cheryl and Valerie-superior customer service"

I recently had my rear brakes and rotors replaced at Wilde East Towne Honda. When I dropped off my vehicle Cheryl and I discussed having the rear brakes replaced and an alignment performed. I left the service center and went to lunch. While I was eating Valerie phoned me and suggested I should postpone having the alignment completed until I replaced my tires. I appreciated her insight and integrity. Approximately 15 minutes later Cheryl phoned me and also recommended I wait until my tires were replaced (they are at 2/32 tread depth) to have the alignment completed. Cheryl had gone to lunch and upon her return she read the technician notes. She promptly reached out to me prior to having the alignment performed in an effort to save the expense until my tires were replaced. As she always does, Cheryl advocated for the customer. I sincerely appreciate both Cheryl and Valerie contacting me and acting with integrity. I was fully expecting an alignment and would have been happy had it been conducted. However, Cheryl and Val both recognized an alignment was not necessary and alerted me immediately when they realized the alignment should be delayed until my tires were replaced. This simple act functioned to create an increased level of trust, confidence and loyalty between myself and these 2 individuals. Please commend both Cheryl and Val for their exemplary work and commitment to superior customer service!

I took my car for an oil change, and everything was great! Mike Spellman was very helpful and friendly. He took care of everything for me and It didn't take long at all! If you need any services done on your vehicle ask for Mike Spellman!

"Superior service, again."

I needed a recalled part changed, and got the multipoint inspection while they did that. The whole experience was very pleasant. I got a shuttle ride to work after dropping my car off, and another ride back to the shop after my shift. Besides the fact that I was charged zero for this visit, I got to chat with a Service Advisor, who patiently explained the right approach to caring for an older car, and answered all my questions with clarity and good humor. I left feeling well informed and confident in my car ownership. i will be passing this car on to my teenager in the fall, and from my discussion with Jason, I know that this Honda will be a safe and smart ride for her. Honda is getting their service game just right and hiring the very best customer-facing staff in the game.

This shop takes such good care of me. It’s never a good day when I roll in in my ancient Honda, but as soon as I pull in I know things will be ok. Fair prices and platinum customer service.

"Awesome.... They really cater to their clients...."

Scott Jensen treats you like his best friend whenever you come to the dealership. He guides you through whatever steps that need to be done to address any concerns, issues, what have you. He even checks on your vehicle when it's in for service and personally calls you when it's done. The folks in the service bay are just as awesome. They're friendly as can be and go out of their way to be helpful; all of them, men and women. Mike Spellman wrote me up initially and came out when I picked up my vehicle to see if I was satisfied with the work. Josh Rouse did the detail work and it was SPOTLESS.... OMG, better than new and they even said it would be like showroom new condition when a I got it and it was. When it went in it had a Winter's worth of filth on and in it and somehow they got rid of it all! I've since recommended them to others for detail work as that was the best job I've ever gotten anywhere. I have to apologize for not remembering the ladies names in the service bay as they were extremely efficient and pleasant to work with as well. Ditto for the phone folks.

"Excellent advocate for the customer..."

Valerie displayed exemplary customer service when looking into my issues with the used car I purchased. I felt that she "went to bat" for me on an issue that was easily overlooked at purchase. (no fault of anyone, just something that wouldn't show up until some usage.) Repair will be attempted at a later date but I wanted to say that she was very helpful in explaining everything and I didn't feel slighted. I booked an appointment today for the repair in the next few weeks and look forward to working with the staff again. I am new to this business but thus far, I couldn't be more complimentary about the way they have treated me and addressed any issues with the used vehicle I purchased.

"Good experience with service manager and service quality"

I had wheel service done on my car here. It was a good experience. The service manager Valerie is kind, diligent, and efficient. The dealership itself has a nice waiting area, so my wait was pleasant. The wait was also very short. I plan on coming back for my next service.

"Changed out my battery on the fly just before they closedd!"

This review is long overdue, but not forgotten! I'm sure you will agree. I received fantastic customer service last summer as I was traveling through Madison in my 2011 CRZ. CHERYL ROMO and her service tech were amazing! I was traveling southbound from Waupaca, WI with a dead battery, I received a jump start and new I needed a new one quickly. I called Wilde East Towne Honda, and to my delight, Cheryl Romo turned out to be the most outstanding service advisor I have every had the pleasure of dealing with. You had my battery, but it was approaching closing time and I was still far north. CHERYL assured me she would stick around and even had a service tech volunteer to stay late too. CHERYL set it up perfectly; I would pull into the service reception area, and they would exchange the battery right there on the spot. CHERYL took all my information over the phone while I was in route, I pulled in AND SURE ENOUGH: she had the invoice ready, I paid, and by the time I walked back to my car it was set with the new battery and the job completed in minutes. By Far and Away: THAT'S the best customer service I have ever received. Way to go, Cheryl! Way to go, Wilde East Towne Honda!

"Great experience at Wilde Honda"

I went in for a front brake job for my 2012 Honda Fit. My Fit had 110,000 miles and was still on the original brakes! The service advisor that I worked with (Luis Roman). also recommended a couple of needed preventative services, and was able to apply some coupons to save me some money. The shuttle service was great. I highly recommend Wilde East Towne Honda's service department
