"Good experience with service manager and service quality"

I had wheel service done on my car here. It was a good experience. The service manager Valerie is kind, diligent, and efficient. The dealership itself has a nice waiting area, so my wait was pleasant. The wait was also very short. I plan on coming back for my next service.

"Changed out my battery on the fly just before they closedd!"

This review is long overdue, but not forgotten! I'm sure you will agree. I received fantastic customer service last summer as I was traveling through Madison in my 2011 CRZ. CHERYL ROMO and her service tech were amazing! I was traveling southbound from Waupaca, WI with a dead battery, I received a jump start and new I needed a new one quickly. I called Wilde East Towne Honda, and to my delight, Cheryl Romo turned out to be the most outstanding service advisor I have every had the pleasure of dealing with. You had my battery, but it was approaching closing time and I was still far north. CHERYL assured me she would stick around and even had a service tech volunteer to stay late too. CHERYL set it up perfectly; I would pull into the service reception area, and they would exchange the battery right there on the spot. CHERYL took all my information over the phone while I was in route, I pulled in AND SURE ENOUGH: she had the invoice ready, I paid, and by the time I walked back to my car it was set with the new battery and the job completed in minutes. By Far and Away: THAT'S the best customer service I have ever received. Way to go, Cheryl! Way to go, Wilde East Towne Honda!

"Great experience at Wilde Honda"

I went in for a front brake job for my 2012 Honda Fit. My Fit had 110,000 miles and was still on the original brakes! The service advisor that I worked with (Luis Roman). also recommended a couple of needed preventative services, and was able to apply some coupons to save me some money. The shuttle service was great. I highly recommend Wilde East Towne Honda's service department

"Needed Answers"

I took my Honda Odyssey to another local dealer and had a horrendous experience. Paid to have work completed and issue with the TPMS wasn't resolved. They wanted to charge me again to diagnose the issue that they were paid to resolve. Left me no other choice than to try another dealership. Enter Cheryl and Wilde East Towne Honda. Cheryl listened in shock to my story and tried to understand how that could have happened. She stated up front that she'd still have to charge a diagnostic fee but promised to provide answers to what was happening and why and how it would be resolved. She was extremely polite, professional, and just a pleasure to work with. She and her staff were able to diagnose the issue and provide me with the answers I needed to get the issue resolved. Even identified something that was previously missed and provided even better answers for that issue. All in all, I would highly recommend Cheryl and Wilde East Towne Honda. I will return for service and specifically request Cheryl when I do. Thank you Cheryl and WETH!!

"Personable Expertise and Professionalism"

2009 Honda CR-V EX-L. Brake rotors, pads, and fluid; four new Cooper tires and an alignment; oil, transmission, and rear differential fluid change. Dropped car in at 10AM and was back in it by 3PM. Cheryl Romo, despite having quite the workload, was courteous and professional -- a pleasure to deal with. Richie, the shuttle driver, was safe and prompt and fun to converse with. I'll be reaching out to Cheryl again for my future Honda service needs. Dealerships can be a little pricier than third-party auto-repair shops, but the excellent customer care combined with Honda-certified work means it's worth every penny. Get your work done here and sleep soundly knowing the experts are handling it!

"Exceptional Customer Service"

We recently brought our car in for service and worked with Val. The service we received was exceptional. Val helped in several areas of service including doing some tire research. She immediately knew the issue with our car from the noise that we described to her. She helped to ensure that we were comfortable with all of the costs and gave detailed explanations to any questions we had. She was patient and thorough in all aspects of our visit. We will not hesitate to bring our vehicle back to Val with any future service needs.

"Travel Assistance"

On August 24th my wife and I were on day 2 of a 2 day trip from WV to MN to babysit our grandchildren. We stopped in Madison for lunch and when we restarted our drive we immediately noticed the smell of burning rubber and saw smoke coming our from under the hood of our 2015 CRV. After getting over the shock that our Honda had suffered a premature part failure, we had the car towed to Wilde Honda and explained to the service advisor that we must complete our trip that day and quickly needed information regarding the problem as we would have to make arrangements for a rental car, etc. if the problem could not be diagnosed and repaired that day. Many thanks to service advisor Valerie. She was very kind to us and was able to quickly have our car moved into the repair area where they found the water pump had seized which subsequently caused the drive belt to fail. Fortunately, they had both parts in stock and our car was quickly repaired,(all costs covered by warranty) and we were soon back on the road and able to "complete our mission" of caring for our grandchildren. We had no further issues with our vehicle upon our return drive home. We greatly appreciate the prompt and courteous service by all the staff at Wilde Honda. The facility was very clean and the service waiting area was quite welcoming with many amenities to make the waiting a pleasant experience. We would highly recommend the dealership to those in the Madison area as well as those who are traveling through the area.

"Luis Roman, excellent customer service! Highly recommend!"

I bought my car about a year ago from Wilde East Honda in Madison, and have been to the service department multiple times for oil changes, car washes, seat damage, repairs, etc. The first time I went to the service department, I had a major coffee spill on my driver seat (after only one month of having my brand new 2016 Honda Civic) and I was very upset about it. Luis Roman immediately took action upon my arrival, and with his great sense of humor and caring & friendly personality, I instantly felt much better about the situation. Since then, I have requested him each time for all my other service work needs. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm a happy customer. He has also done an exceptional job with returning phone calls, and always displays an extremely positive attitude. I highly recommend Luis Roman for all your service work!
