This review is long overdue, but not forgotten! I'm sure you will agree.
I received fantastic customer service last summer as I was traveling through Madison in my 2011 CRZ. CHERYL ROMO and her service tech were amazing! I was traveling southbound from Waupaca, WI with a dead battery, I received a jump start and new I needed a new one quickly. I called Wilde East Towne Honda, and to my delight, Cheryl Romo turned out to be the most outstanding service advisor I have every had the pleasure of dealing with. You had my battery, but it was approaching closing time and I was still far north. CHERYL assured me she would stick around and even had a service tech volunteer to stay late too. CHERYL set it up perfectly; I would pull into the service reception area, and they would exchange the battery right there on the spot. CHERYL took all my information over the phone while I was in route, I pulled in AND SURE ENOUGH: she had the invoice ready, I paid, and by the time I walked back to my car it was set with the new battery and the job completed in minutes.
By Far and Away: THAT'S the best customer service I have ever received. Way to go, Cheryl! Way to go, Wilde East Towne Honda!
