"Personable Expertise and Professionalism"

2009 Honda CR-V EX-L. Brake rotors, pads, and fluid; four new Cooper tires and an alignment; oil, transmission, and rear differential fluid change. Dropped car in at 10AM and was back in it by 3PM. Cheryl Romo, despite having quite the workload, was courteous and professional -- a pleasure to deal with. Richie, the shuttle driver, was safe and prompt and fun to converse with. I'll be reaching out to Cheryl again for my future Honda service needs. Dealerships can be a little pricier than third-party auto-repair shops, but the excellent customer care combined with Honda-certified work means it's worth every penny. Get your work done here and sleep soundly knowing the experts are handling it!

"Exceptional Customer Service"

We recently brought our car in for service and worked with Val. The service we received was exceptional. Val helped in several areas of service including doing some tire research. She immediately knew the issue with our car from the noise that we described to her. She helped to ensure that we were comfortable with all of the costs and gave detailed explanations to any questions we had. She was patient and thorough in all aspects of our visit. We will not hesitate to bring our vehicle back to Val with any future service needs.

"Travel Assistance"

On August 24th my wife and I were on day 2 of a 2 day trip from WV to MN to babysit our grandchildren. We stopped in Madison for lunch and when we restarted our drive we immediately noticed the smell of burning rubber and saw smoke coming our from under the hood of our 2015 CRV. After getting over the shock that our Honda had suffered a premature part failure, we had the car towed to Wilde Honda and explained to the service advisor that we must complete our trip that day and quickly needed information regarding the problem as we would have to make arrangements for a rental car, etc. if the problem could not be diagnosed and repaired that day. Many thanks to service advisor Valerie. She was very kind to us and was able to quickly have our car moved into the repair area where they found the water pump had seized which subsequently caused the drive belt to fail. Fortunately, they had both parts in stock and our car was quickly repaired,(all costs covered by warranty) and we were soon back on the road and able to "complete our mission" of caring for our grandchildren. We had no further issues with our vehicle upon our return drive home. We greatly appreciate the prompt and courteous service by all the staff at Wilde Honda. The facility was very clean and the service waiting area was quite welcoming with many amenities to make the waiting a pleasant experience. We would highly recommend the dealership to those in the Madison area as well as those who are traveling through the area.

"Luis Roman, excellent customer service! Highly recommend!"

I bought my car about a year ago from Wilde East Honda in Madison, and have been to the service department multiple times for oil changes, car washes, seat damage, repairs, etc. The first time I went to the service department, I had a major coffee spill on my driver seat (after only one month of having my brand new 2016 Honda Civic) and I was very upset about it. Luis Roman immediately took action upon my arrival, and with his great sense of humor and caring & friendly personality, I instantly felt much better about the situation. Since then, I have requested him each time for all my other service work needs. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm a happy customer. He has also done an exceptional job with returning phone calls, and always displays an extremely positive attitude. I highly recommend Luis Roman for all your service work!

"Cheryl Romo superb customer service"

Prior to leaving for military duty last week my check engine light illuminated. I didn't want to risk driving my truck a long distance in the event it would break down. I called Cheryl around 5pm heading home from work. She never hesitated and informed me I should bring it in as soon as I could. Cheryl set me up with a loaner car and phoned me a few hours later with the diagnosis. The part required to do the repair would not be in the shop until after I had to leave for military duty. The repairs were completed a day later and I picked up my truck the day I returned from military duty. As always, Cheryl was extremely courteous and professional. In my mind, she went way above and beyond what was expected by having the repairs done quickly and providing me with alternate transportation on very short notice to assure I could complete my military training. She understood my situation and was committed to helping me despite the difficult situation. She could have very easily told me to wait to bring the truck in the following day or even wait until I returned from training. She went out of her way to provide assistance and she did it all with the utmost professionalism and a smile! Please commend her for an outstanding job and customer experience. Thank you Cheryl!

"Why I Never Go Anywhere But Wilde East Honda"

Cars are complicated. WEH made it simple. It can be very stressful. WEH made it stress free. In my life I have gone and dealt with many dealerships and repair shops. This is by far the best one the only one i go to. I am always greeted with a friendly face and a smile. Feel like I am a part of the family when I am there. I am so blessed to get to work with Valerie when I am there. She is the nicest, sweetest and most helpful women. I always know everything is going to be ok and I will be taken care of. She explains everything to me in terms I can understand. I always am included in every step of the process. She knows what she is doing and that is reassuring. She does all this while making you smile and feel loved. She is amazing. Also when I do get it serviced I always have it services by Tim Kesterson. Unsure why is name isn't one I can select below but I give him 5 stars. He is the best service technician in that place has. He is amazing at his job. Whatever is thrown his way he gets it done. He is efficient, reliable, and incredibly mechanically intelligent. I trust him with my life. I also worked with Mike Spellman. He is an amazing guy who makes sure that the cars get serviced in the most excellent manner and that the highest quality service is provided. He does an amazing job making sure the shop runs effectively and smoothly. They both are the best. The most important thing is I leave the shop feeling safe every time he works on my car. I know nothing is going to go wrong once I leave because he worked on it and took care of all the problems. Speaking of problems, had a MAJOR one recently. I bought a used car from WEH a couple months ago and an undiscovered problem surfaced. It had me stressed and worried. So I went to the sales team to see what could be done. I talked to Peter and instantly he made my stress go away. He was very genuine and welcoming. Very nice. He told me he would take care of it. And he is a man of his word. So thankful for him. He is another reason I will continue to come back to this wonderful establishment. The atmosphere and culture this company has build is pretty amazing. I have spent many of hours there and don't regret a second. I enjoy myself when I am there. This place is one of a kind.

"Poor customer service"

When I took my car for service back in March, Valerie treated me as a professional and her customer service was outstanding and excellent. I'm glad, I was able to work with Val and if I could I would give her 10 stars!! When, my Honda was ready to be picked up (Sat March 4th), unfortunately Valerie wasn't around to help me out. I pulled up in my 2017 Honda loaner car and picked up my 2013, which was fixed. However, I was really disappointed with the way Cheryl treated me. She asked me, if the tank of gas in my loaner was full and mentioned the miles that were driven, which I found unpleasant. The worse part was that my car wasn't even washed, when I went to pick it up. Unfortunately, I have to put a bad review and maybe next time I can go to Zimbrick, which is right around the corner or find another dealer.

I called Wilde after I unknowingly left my keys in the diaper bag and accidently locked them in my van (with my 1 year old in his carseat!) while we were out to eat with a friend. Justin was super friendly and had a new key made for me in just minutes. THANK YOU for making a stressful situation so much easier!
